Returns & Exchanges

  • If you experience a size issue or receive a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • All requests are subject to quality verification.

  • Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be free from stains, damage, perfume, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts.

  • Heavy festive or occasion wear, including items with delicate embroidery or handcrafted detailing.

Return Process

Once your return or exchange request is approved:

  • A pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.

  • The product will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Approved cases will be resolved through one of the following options:

  • Replacement (preferred option)

  • Store Credit (in select cases)

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
