Returns & Exchanges
- If you experience a size issue or receive a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- All requests are subject to quality verification.
- Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be free from stains, damage, perfume, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts.
- Heavy festive or occasion wear, including items with delicate embroidery or handcrafted detailing.
Return Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved:
- A pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
- The product will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.
Approved cases will be resolved through one of the following options:
- Replacement (preferred option)
- Store Credit (in select cases)
- Refund to the original payment method
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
